Finding your Support ID

Open FelineSense and go to Settings. Under “Support” you will find a Support ID with a copy button next to it. Quoting it in an email lets us find your install immediately, and it is what the care program grant is applied to.

It identifies the install, not you. There is no name, email or personal detail attached to it.

Where is the app?

FelineSense is coming soon to the App Store for iPhone and iPad. There is no listing yet, so any “FelineSense” store link you find elsewhere is not ours. Questions in the meantime are welcome at support@felinesense.app.

If this is a medical emergency, do not email us

Call your own vet, your nearest emergency veterinary hospital, or ASPCA Animal Poison Control on (888) 426-4435 (24/7, a consultation fee may apply). Go straight to a vet if your cat strains in the litter box with little or no urine, breathes with an open mouth, has not eaten for 24 hours, or has touched a lily. Never try to make a cat vomit at home. We are a software company and we cannot advise on a sick cat.

FelineSense gives you information and organization — not a diagnosis. Every number comes from a published veterinary source, cited on screen. Your vet is always the authority.
